Ship the Vibe

I hate sales pages. So I'm just going to tell you what this is.

I've been "vibe coding" (non-derogatory) for about a year.

Building things with AI. And I had a problem: I'd start projects constantly and finish almost none of them.

Sound familiar?

I had 10 half-built apps. A captioning tool. A game. A blog system. A brand guide. All "almost done." None shipped.

So I built myself a system. One rule: one PRIMARY project at a time. Everything else goes dormant until that one ships.

It's stupidly simple and weirdly it's been working. I've shipped:

1. A 57-page zine in one day after it sat dormant for weeks.
2. My entire blog (www.botharetrue.com)
3. A Reddit briefing tool that emails me summaries 3x daily

Then I decided to create something to help other people with this and so here we are. This is that thing.
